I hope you will love the products you purchase from my shop and I will package them well to make sure they arrive in excellent condition.
However, I know that mail does occasionally get damaged in the post. If your products arrive damaged please let me know (by email or Zibbet Message) within 2 days of receiving them. I will ask you to send me a photo of the damage as I will need to notify the Post Office of it.
If you have not received your order by 6 weeks (international customers) or 2 weeks (New Zealand customers) please let me know and I'll help you.
I don't give refunds for change of mind. Requests for refunds are handled on a case by case basis and you will need to contact me (by email or Zibbet Message) within 7 days of receiving your order.
If a refund is given then you will need to send the products back to me in their original packaging in the same new condition that I sent them. You will also need to pay for the return postage yourself. Any refunds will be made after I have received the products back in the above condition and will be minus postage costs.
IMPORTANT: Please note that your computer monitor may display colours a little differently to mine, so the colours in the products you receive might appear slightly different to how they appear on your computer monitor.
